Our Two Amazon Cruises
1. Amazon Expedition Cruise “Voyage to the Heart of the Amazon” (8D/7N)
This is a true expedition cruise with 7 full days and 7 nights of deep forest exploration. With this amount of time to explore, a good boat, a skilled crew, and adventurous passengers, we venture far into the Amazon rainforest wilderness in search of wildlife.

2. Compact Amazon Cruise, “The Amazon Odyssey” (5D/4N)
This compact cruise is especially good for travelers who have a multi-destination trip within Brasil. It offers the essence of Amazon culture and wildlife and an authentic experience.

Expedition Cruise: Voyage to the Heart of the Amazon (7 Nights)
Departing from Manaus, Brasil, this seven night expedition cruise explores far into the remote wilderness rainforest. On our vessel, the Motor Yacht Tucano, we venture far up the least inhabited major river in the Amazon Basin: The Rio Negro. We explore areas very rarely visited and seek out the mysterious life that stirs in the heart of the rainforest. This is the most thorough, detailed, and sophisticated trip offered in the entire Amazon. Our guides are skilled naturalists and we see creatures almost never seen by other visitors. We visit small villages along the small tributaries to learn of the culture of pioneer families. Because of the exploratory nature, the small groups, and the skilled guides, these expedition cruises have become known as the most authentic cruises in the entire Amazon. ***Prices Include: Price is per person, double occupancy. Price includes accommodations, guided excursions, and meals as indicated in the itinerary. Prices and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Bottled water served free of charge. On joining the group on Day One, passengers board the vessel on a short walk from the lobby of the Hotel Tropical, Manaus.
***Prices Do Not Include: Not included are airfare, airport transfers, visa fees, soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, or items of a personal nature.
***Cabin Categories: There are two cabin categories on the M/Y Tucano. Please see the deck diagrams.
Green Category cabins have bunk beds with above and below berths.
Yellow Category cabins are larger and have beds side by side.
***Triple Occupancy: For three or more travelers sharing a cabin, each passenger pays the Green Category Rate even though they occupy a Yellow Category Cabin. These cabins are Cabin 3, 4, and “0”.
***Single Occupancy: No single supplement is charged if a single traveler is willing to share a cabin with another same gender passenger. Passengers that request single accommodations pay a single supplement of 50% of the Green Category cruise cost. The single cabins are in the green category and are the smallest on the vessel. If single travelers wish to reserve a Yellow Category cabin, they must pay the full fare for two travelers at the Yellow Category rate. Single accommodations may not always be available.
***Discounts for Children: Children that are 12 years of age and under who share a room with an adult receive a discount of 50% off the Cruise Rate for whichever cabin category they select, subject to availability.

Compact Amazon Cruise: The Amazon Odyssey (4 Nights)
Departing from Manaus, Brasil this four night compact Amazon cruise visits some of the most essential areas to observe the wildlife and culture of the Amazon rainforest. Our journey especially concentrates on the Amazon River where we explore tributaries with high forest and also flooded grasslands that stretch from horizon to horizon. On the expedition vessel, the Motor Yacht Tucano, with our small groups and very experienced naturalist guides, we experience many different rainforest environments, teeming with life. In addition to seeking the wildlife of the Amazon we also visit villages along the river to see what life is like living on the edge of the greatest wilderness on earth.
