The expedition cruise Into the Wild explores some of the most essential areas to observe the wildlife and culture of the rainforest. Our journey ventures into both the Rio Negro and the Amazon River. Over three and a half days and four nights we walk in towering rainforests, glide along narrow streams that wind deep into in the wild woodland, and in our launches we scout flooded grasslands that stretch from horizon to horizon.
Though not as comprehensive as our six night cruise Voyage to the Heart of the Amazon, on this cruise travelers can in a short space of time experience the essential the flora and fauna of the Amazon and still have the chance to experience the last great wilderness on earth.
